• Waitlist and booking details: name, email address, and the session details you provide when you join our waitlist or book a session.
• Calendar data: if you connect a Google Calendar to our system, we access calendar availability and event details solely to schedule and manage sessions. We never sell or share this data with third parties.
• Payment information: payments are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.
• Basic site analytics: anonymous, first-party page-view data used to understand how the site is used. No advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage bookings and sessions.
• To deliver courses, digital products, memberships, and purchase confirmations.
• To send booking, purchase, and waitlist confirmation emails.
• To keep our calendar and availability accurate.
• To operate and secure our website and dashboard.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• Google, for calendar scheduling.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Supabase, for secure database and file storage.
• Resend, for transactional email delivery.
• Vercel, for website hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep booking, purchase, membership, and waitlist information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, and delete it on request where applicable.

Your choices

You can disconnect a connected Google Calendar at any time from dashboard settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at the address below.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16.
